Correcting Event ID 372 and Print Job Failures
Users were unable to print when using a XenApp 6 Published applications. Looking at the event logs I noticed a lot of Printer related errors on the XenApp servers. Specifically I noticed a lot of Event ID 372 errors about failing to print to printer.
Next I started looking at the policies and opened Print Detective to see what drivers are all installed and how the policies are configured. The policies settings were correct and drivers were installed across all the XenApp servers.
Installing the Citrix Hotfix below resolved the print failures.
When using the Citrix Universal Printer Driver (UPD), the document might fail to print with Event ID 372 logged in the Event Log.
